I was raised on a sheep ranch in eastern Montana. I was the youngest of four boys. I worked my way through the last two years of high school in Missoula, worked my way through the University of Montana, graduating in 1957, with a major in accounting. I passed the CPA examination and went to work for a national accounting firm for five years, becoming manager of the internal audit division for nine western states. I then went on to work for the United States Treasury Department as a Special Agent doing a little bit of everything. I received several department awards and retired in 1986. I took a week’s trip to Hawaii, came home and started a new career as a commercial real estate sales person with Lambros Real Estate, in 1991 became a broker, and in 1998 I was named manager of Lambros Real Estate ERA Commercial Department.
Real estate has been very rewarding to me in a lot of ways. Each and every transaction is a challenge, and every transaction is different. You don’t win all of them, but you learn from each one, so you always get something from each one. I don’t know of any other business that has the opportunities that real estate does for the investment.
I accomplished several goals, with awards for Realtor® of the Year-2003 & 2009; Commercial Salesperson of the month, several times; Commercial Salesperson of the Year, several times; the award for the “Person Who Best Represents a Realtor®”, Outstanding Realtor and Role Model Award and Outstanding Character Award. My priorities as a Realtor® and Salesperson with Lambros Real Estate ERA are taking care of peoples needs, this is the greatest satisfaction to me.
